What This Site Is
This website is an end product of a successful programme of pioneering joint work on facilitation of the understanding and using of conjoined[1] models of world-class working practice in change management. The purpose, main aim and accomplishment of the project was this:-

  • joint validation and affirmation, in both a spoken and written form, of a use of a connection between two established models of world-class working practice in change management.
  • - or in other words -

  • facilitation of corporate re-invention by re-creating real management communication.

The site and manual were jointly developed, produced and used simply through this same programme by:-

  • validating and affirming the experience of the self,
  • unifying and overwriting a form of literal[2] rational-emotional separation,
  • communicating and sharing the end result, a process of complete literal transformation[3].

The project was a value-based experiment that began in June 1992, lasted almost 9 years, and involved the development, production and use of 2 books and 3 websites in cooperation with over 200 people from different walks of life. CHANGE MANAGEMENT FACILITATION: A Complete Manual, 2000 is the second of these books. Throughout the project all participants, as individuals, were choosing freely to make simple and constructive contributions to the facilitation process for no payment regardless of the personal resources, funds and facilities that were needed and used by them to assist in the achieving of the end result.

The purpose of a manager is to achieve his goals.
As a manager your job is to be clear about your purpose and goals,
and to facilitate your staff to set and achieve theirs.

Rather than to solve problems it is clever to dissolve them.' . . .
. . . This means that you will not get any credit.

Feelings (of separation) in opposition to your goal
are what keeps you from achieving it.

Acting
'Being who you think will please them' has never really worked and is rarely ever satisfying. The courage to question your rational mind in operation already is within you and the truth is, you can re-create the experience of the self in the 'here and now' when it is your goal and you want it enough. It is a totally unreasonable objective and you had already achieved it at a very early age simply by acting as if it had already been done and it already was.

Why This Site Was Built
Because I was lonely - the motivation for the creation of the entire programme. During the project I was enjoying being, communicating and growing with more people who, as individuals, were choosing freely to clarify this same use of the connection we were jointly sensing between the models simply by speaking openly about this same sense of connection - the connection being the fact that the two models are simply alternative expressions of a complete linguistic model of responsibility working being used at different depths of focus (i.e. 'soft' being shallower and 'hard' deeper).[6] But, finding such truly open people was found to be a laborious, lengthy and costly process of trial and error. So, to use the internet as a communication channel to enable the process to become faster, cheaper and more efficient, since I was wanting to facilitate communication with more such people after the project, I used the end result of the project and built this site.

As a result you are welcome to use, this site to assist work you do in this area, and this form to let me know about comments, if any, you may want to make about this site and your visit to it:-

THE SELF[7]
An Essential[8] Mind
The self is who you really are, and the natural manager of the self is an essential mind that already is in place and working and is common to everyone. An essential mind is simply the conjoining of the rational and emotional minds working as essential single whole. In other words, if your "Heart" is your emotional mind and your "Intellect" is your rational mind, then your "Heart" and "Mind"/"Intellect" working as essential single whole constitute your natural intelligence, your essential mind.
