Manual
Copies of CHANGE MANAGEMENT FACILITATION: A Complete Manual, 2000,  (55,000 words, 230 pages) are currently available for sale through this site - the current price/copy is available from info@bogacki.co.uk on request.

To reach a real understanding of the models conjoined[1], used and described in the manual you must use them, and most senior managers back off from the challenge when they hit up against the fact that this demands commitment, participation, and fundamental, not superficial, change. In short, the models - being founded on self-reliance, responsibility and freedom - are extremely unpopular. As a result, the business case for a stage of commercial development of a programme of pioneering joint work using the manual was found to be unprofitable and the end of the project had been naturally reached. Key source material on the models is listed here:-
